Returns and exchanges
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person indicated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. If the items in one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
How to withdraw
Send us an unequivocal statement using the withdrawal function on the Right of withdrawal page (https://majcoteka.hr/pages/jednostrani-raskid-ugovora), by email to info@majcoteka.hr, or by post to ABBERIAH d.o.o., Horvatova ulica 15A, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. The deadline is met if you send your statement before it expires.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, to ABBERIAH d.o.o. (Majcoteka), Horvatova ulica 15A, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment and without any fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they were sent, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions
There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as clothing printed or embroidered with your own text, logo or photo. Such goods remain covered by all rights relating to defects or incorrect production.
Defective or wrong items
If an item is defective, damaged or wrong, email info@majcoteka.hr with your order number and a description of the problem. We are liable for defects under the law and bear the costs of justified complaints.
