If the items in one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
How to withdraw
Send us an unequivocal statement using the withdrawal function on the Right of withdrawal page (https://majcoteka.hr/pages/jednostrani-raskid-ugovora), by email to info@majcoteka.hr, or by post to ABBERIAH d.o.o., Horvatova ulica 15A, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Refunds
We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment and without any fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they were sent, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions
There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as clothing printed or embroidered with your own text, logo or photo. Such goods remain covered by all rights relating to defects or incorrect production.
